Aiko Pandorf, Development Director
Aiko Pandorf serves as Development Director for the California Bar Foundation. In 2006, she joined the Foundation staff with a broad range of experience in fundraising, marketing, and communications. Most recently, Pandorf spent five years providing specialized services focusing on strategic planning and development for national and local organizations with missions focused on the media, public interest law, the environment, immigration, and human rights. She also brings more than five years of experience in development and NGO consulting in sub-Saharan Africa on projects including micro-enterprise development, teacher training, and women's economic self-sufficiency. Previously, Pandorf served as the Development Director of the Asian Law Caucus and the Marketing Development Director of the former Women's Philharmonic. She has served on the board of the Women's Foundation and is a founding board member of the Asian Women's Shelter. Pandorf graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B.A. degree in Social Thought and Political Economics.
